Happy Saturday!
It's time for another challenge at Addicted to CAS, Valentyna has chosen the code word Petals and we have QKR Stampede as a sponsor, offering a prize of 3 digital stamps of your choice.

To make my card I started with a card base cut to 11 x 4.25 and scored it at %.5 inches. I used a set from our new catalog that will be live in 4 days, if you do not have one and would like one please send me an email and I will get one to you. Also we have an amazing deal for those who sign up in June so ask me about that as well.  Back to my card, the set is Swirly Birds and is very versatile , wait until you see it. I also used the coordinating dies as well. The greeting is from a Paper Pumpkin set.

Freshly Made Sketches for another Birthday

My card share today is another birthday card since I am bringing back birthdays, or at least trying to. I done with my May birthdays and starting on June. To make my card I started with a Blushing Bride card base and added a panel of the Birthday Bouquet DSP. To follow the sketch I added a Tip Top Taupe strip down the left die and some washi tape with a strip of white glitter tape to the right side. For the greeting I used some Watermelon Wonder to cut out the Happy word die for Winnie & Walter and then embossed the word Birthday from the Number of Years set from Stampin Up with white embossing powder on a strip of Tip top Taupe.

Because I'm Happy

Got some time in my studio which makes for a  happy stamper, so quick card share for a couple challenges.
I am entering this one in the CASology challenge of Stencil

and the also at

CAS(E) This Sketch

To make my card, I started with a blank white panel and a stencil from Tim Holtz. I used Mermaid lagoon to make the design on the corner of my card, next I stamped out the flowers from the Hero Arts set You're so Lovely, die cute them and popped them up in the corner. I used the Happy word die from Winnie and Walter as my greeting and the word Birthday is stamped on the inside.

A birthday Celebration!

Happy Sunday and welcome to our Birthday blog hop at AAA Cards.
We are turning two and we're celebrating with lots of giveaways. Look at all these sponsors who have offered up prizes.

I am first on the hop but, you will want to make sure to visit each DT member's Blog, there are prizes to be won by visiting each of us. First off we will all have a hidden word on our blogs and each of us will ask a question and will pick a winner from the answers. Be sure to visit AAA Cards to get the deets on how to win.

Here's my Birthday card

To make my card used two panels of watercolor paper. the first one I used the new Gansai Tambi Starry palette, and cut out the balloons using the Papertrey Ink Best Birthday die. On the second panel I made a wash background using Mission Gold watercolors, attached the balloons and added the greeting. I finished the card by adding sequins from Pretty Pink Posh to the panel and attaching it to a white card base.

Now for my question
What is the best birthday gift (stamping related) that you have ever received. For me there is only one answer and it's definitely my MISTI. I don't know how I ever stamped without it, I use it on almost every card I make. Can't wait to hear your stories.
One of my lucky commenters who answers my question will win this cute set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

be sure to stop back by after the challenge closes to see if you won.

Your next stop is Coralynn, but I have a complete list below in case you get lost along the way

Happy Hopping!

If you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber then I have an alternative to this month's Paper Pumpkin for you. I took one of the card panels and used it as a stencil for my card. So join today what are you eating on??

To make my card I took the card front from the May Paper Pumpkin kit, and some Clarity Stencil brushes from So Suzie Stamps and brushed it with Cucumber Crush, Emerald Envy and Bermuda Bay over a piece of white cardstock. The happy die is from Winnie & Walter and the enamel dots are from My Minds Eye.

Sharing some Kindness

My card today is to send to a friend who is having a tough time, and I hoping this will bring a smile to her face. Because kindness does matter and this world needs more of it.

I made this card using the April My Monthly Hero from Hero Arts and the Silly Stitched dies from Lil' Inker Designs. The greeting is from Acts of Kindness set.
I stamped the flower on watercolor paper and colored it with Zig clean color markers.
